1. Passport with minimum 7 months’ validity with minimum 2 blank pages.
2. Color passport sized photo (3.5 x 5.0 cm) with white background (Photo must have clear visibility of Ear, Forehead & without eye glass & cap)
3. Bank solvency certificate (maximum 7 days ago of submission)
4. Bank statement of last 7 months with satisfactory transaction in every month (Closing balance: at least 70,000.00 Taka/ head & 1,40,000.00 Taka/ Couple)
5. Visa photo of previously visited countries including departure and arrival seal.
6. Birth Certificate copy (Child)
7. Scan copy of 4th & 5th page (If applicant has No Travel history)

   • Doctor: BMDC certificate or letter from hospital.
   • Lawyer: Bar council certificate.
   • Retired Official: Retirement Certificate
   • Government Service Holder: Government Order (G.O.)
