In case of service cancelation, a refund would be made (within 180 days) but restricted to a limited amount; only which to depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the or our vendors. In case of cancellation of any services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reason(s), we must be notified of the same via an email before the arrival. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your request email with acknowledgement from our end; to cancel the package and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- Minimum cancellation charge will be $100 per adult from the total package cost.
- 60 days & prior to departure date – 10% cancellation charge on total package cost.
- 59 days to 45 days prior to departure date – 20% cancellation charge on total package cost.
- 44 days to 30 days prior to departure date – 30% cancellation charge on total package cost.
- 30 days to 15 days prior to departure date – 50% cancellation charge on total package cost.
- 14 days & less time from departure date to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
- In case of the less advance amount received by us, all the cancellation charges have to be paid before the arrival date.
- In case of cancellation for Christmas and New Year period, bridge holiday, Eid vacation etc. the payment is non-refundable.
- A refund for hotel payment will depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation Segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our control.
- Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Train tickets cancellations are subject to the Railway’s policy.
- Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines’ policy.
- Price quoted to you, is always exclusive of VAT & AIT. 15% VAT & 2% AIT will be added on the final price.
- Passport provided for visa processing; has to be collected after submitting original money receipt and due payment.
- We do not guarantee any visa, we only do visa processing.
- No refund will be made when file/ visa application is rejected by Embassy. Only the visa fee will be refunded once the file is not accepted by the visa centre/ embassy.
- Seal/ Notes like “Refuse/ Void/ Blacklist ” can be added in the submitted file. Passport by embassy/ issuing authority. Travel Tracker will not be responsible for that.
- Generally any visa processing takes minimum (1-45) working days to complete. Delay in this procedure is not a responsibility of Travel Tracker.
- To withdraw any file (from processing), a written application has to be submitted to Travel Tracker. This procedure involves cost & significant timing. Travel Tracker will not be responsible for any kind of delay in this procedure.
- Submission of fake documents are strictly prohibited. Travel Tracker reserves the right to go for any action against such file/ responsible person respecting the law of the country.
- Air ticket/ hotel booking or any service is purchased from Travel Tracker are confirmed after confirming it from the customer. Anything not mentioned in written format is considered null and void.
