Itinerary
Day 1 [Arrive in Malaysia, Transfer to hotel & Stay]:
Arrive in Kualalumpur, Malaysia as per the scheduled time. Upon arrival at Kualalumpur Airport welcome assistance by Travel Tracker representative and transfer you to Kualalumpur hotel (Private Transfer) for check in. Post refreshment, personal time at neighbourhood then overnight stay at Kualalumpur, Malaysia.
Day 2 [Kualalumpur City tour & Stay]:
In the morning have your complementary breakfast at hotel. Explore a day long tour of Kualalumpur (KL tower, Twin tower, Sultan palace, National mosque, National monument, Merdeka square, Bird park/aquaria, Putra Jaya etc). Return to your hotel and overnight stay at Kualalumpur, Malaysia.
Day 3 [Genting Highland with Batu Caves tour & Stay]:
In the morning have your complementary breakfast at hotel. Explore Batu caves & the magic of Genting Highland, cold weather, games etc. full day. Return to your hotel and relax a bit and enjoy the night markets (self). Overnight stay at Kualalumpur, Malaysia.
Day 4 [Drop to Kualalumpur, Airport & Fly back to Dhaka]:
In the morning have your complementary breakfast at hotel. Enjoy your free time, shopping etc.. As per Flight schedule our representative will drop you to Kualalumpur airport (Private Transfer). Catch your flight as per the scheduled time & say goodbye to Kualalumpur, Malaysia.

In case of trip cancelation, a refund would be made but restricted to a limited amount; only which to depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the or our venders. In case of cancellation of any services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reason(s), we must be notified of the same via an email before the arrival.
Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your request email with acknowledgement from our end; to cancel the package and cancellation charges would be as follows:

- Minimum cancellation charge will be $100 per adult from the total package cost.
- 60 days & prior to departure date – 10% cancellation charge on total package cost.
- 59 days to 45 days prior to departure date – 20% cancellation charge on total package cost.
- 44 days to 30 days prior to departure date - 30% cancellation charge on total package cost.
- 30 days to 15 days prior to departure date – 50% cancellation charge on total package cost.
- 14 days & less time from departure date to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
- In case of the less advance amount received by us, all the cancellation charges have to be paid before the arrival date.
- In case of cancellation for Christmas and New Year period, breeze holiday, Eid vacation etc. the payment is non-refundable.
- A refund for hotel payment will depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation Segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control.
- Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Train tickets cancellations are subject to the Railway’s policy.
- Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines' policy.
This Package is designed with Lowest Economy Class Air fare, Off season package rate and according to the dollar rate of June 2023.
