Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we are asked most often when preparing a visa application file. If yours is not covered here, email us at traveltrackerbd@gmail.com or call +8801897629790.

Visa processing

Do you guarantee my visa will be approved?

No. Travel Tracker does not guarantee any visa - we provide visa processing only. The decision belongs entirely to the embassy or issuing authority.

What happens if my visa file is rejected?

No refund is made when a file or visa application is rejected by the Embassy. Only the visa fee is refunded, and only once the file is confirmed as not accepted by the visa centre/embassy. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

How long does visa processing take?

Generally, visa processing takes a minimum of 1 to 45 working days to complete. Delay in this procedure is not the responsibility of Travel Tracker, as processing time is set by the embassy or visa centre.

Can I withdraw my file once it is submitted?

Yes, but a written application must be submitted to Travel Tracker to withdraw a file from processing. This involves cost and significant timing, and Travel Tracker is not responsible for any delay caused by this procedure.

What documents are typically required for a visa application?

Requirements vary by destination, but commonly include: your passport's information page, a recent colour passport-sized photo with a white background, a bank statement covering the last several months with satisfactory transactions, a bank solvency certificate, professional details (employer NOC and salary certificate, trade licence, or student ID as applicable), and a Nikah Nama if married but not reflected in both passports. All Bengali documents must be translated into English and notarised.

Do you accept hard copies of documents?

No - documents are generally accepted as scanned soft copies (JPG/PDF), and your original passport does not need to be submitted for most applications.

Bookings and cancellations

How are cancellation charges calculated?

Charges are calculated as a percentage of the total package cost on a sliding scale, from 10% at 60+ days before departure up to no refund inside 14 days or on a no-show. A minimum charge of $100 per adult always applies. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Are your quoted prices inclusive of tax?

No. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT & AIT. 15% VAT and 2% AIT are added to the final price.

What if a service is lost to weather, strikes, or other events beyond your control?

No refund is made for unused accommodation, meals, transport segments, or tours lost to bad weather, illness, strikes, road blocks, or similar factors outside our control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
